Join Alina Kramina for this 2.5-hour workshop and learn the Lungsang series, the second preliminary series of Yantra Yoga.
The Lungsang series of Yantra Yoga consists of eight movements synchronized with the breath to purify vital energy and improve lung function. Each movement combines a specific posture with a deep inhalation, breath retention, and a controlled exhalation, helping to bring body and mind into balance. This practice is especially effective for calming the mind, increasing awareness of the breath, and preparing the body for deeper meditative states.
This workshop is taught in English.
