This course focuses on Lungsang, the 8 Movements for Purifying the Prana, a key part of Yantra Yoga where breath, movement, and rhythm align. You'll also learn the 9 Purification Breathings and Rhythmic Breathing—powerful exercises for daily life. A chair variation will be introduced for those needing a gentler approach, ideal even for the office. The course integrates Tibetan Medicine's wisdom, explaining how these exercises benefit both the body and subtle energy, supporting health, prevention, and healing.Learn to breathe better, experience authentic relaxation and improve your health.
 

Practice sessions will be the first Friday of every month at 18.00 Tenerife time, 19.00 Italy time, on the Zoom platform; they will be also recorded in case you cannot attend the live sessions.
