Merigar West and ONLINE
From August 5th to 9th, at the Merigar Gönpa and via closed webcast, we will offer further sessions of the retreat led by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in Arzachena during the 1981 Christmas holidays. We will thus continue listening to the Master's precious teachings from the 1980s, a period in which he taught in Italian, with English translation.
Listening to the Teachings will be followed by the application of some of the practices contained in the proposed sessions, led by the Santi Maha Sangha teacher Fabio Maria Risolo, accompanied by soundscapes — diffused through the quadraphonic system of the Merigar Gönpa and created by Alessandro Di Maio — and by some guided Respira exercises led by Marco Baseggio.
The retreat is open to all those who have received Teachings from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or Namkhai Yeshi.
