Merigar West and ONLINE
From April 3 to 5, at the Merigar Gönpa and via closed webcast, we will offer several sessions of the retreat led by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in Arzachena during the Christmas holidays of 1981. The listening of the Teachings will be followed by the practice of some of the methods explained by the Master, guided by Fabio Risolo. We thus inaugurate the listening of the precious teachings of the Master from the 1980s — years in which he taught in Italian, with English translation.

The retreat is open to all those who have received Teachings from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu or from Namkhai Yeshi.
