Guruyoga is the base and the essence of the teachings and practice of Atiyoga. Related to this practice there is also an invocation of Guru Garab that Chögyal Namkhai Norbu has received in his dream in 1987.
The practice of the Guruyoga of the White A is considered an essential and very important practice as we gain the capacity to integrate our knowledge and understanding of the state of contemplation.
