 r local GMT.\n\n\nKnowledge of Yantra Yoga\nA previous level of experience
  in the practice of Yantra Yoga is required\, these classes are designed f
 or students who wish to deepen and expand their practice.\n\n\n\n \nMeet y
 our teacher\nLUKE KARAMOL\n2nd level Yantra Yoga instructor\n\nLuke has be
 en studying and practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaches Tibetan yant
 ra yoga\, hatha yoga\, and Respira Method. He was authorized to teach Leve
 l 1 by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 2013\, Respira Method in 2015\, and comple
 ted his Level 2 Supervision with Laura Evangelisti in 2017. Luke is also a
  NAMA certified Ayurveda practitioner. Luke lives in Oakland\, California\
 , United States.\n
