  Dances\, together with the seated practice of Jana Dakini Thugthig\, guid
 ed by Lorraine Gaultier (France)\, Natalia Gershevskaya (Germany)\, and Iz
 abela Jaroszewska (Poland).\nDuring these days of practice\, we will have 
 the precious opportunity to dance on the Dejamling Mandala\, exploring the
  different Vajra Dances together in an atmosphere of presence\, joy\, and 
 shared experience. Guided by three experienced practitioners deeply commit
 ted to the transmission of the dances\, we will deepen the connection betw
 een body\, voice\, and mind.\nThe practice will also be enriched by the se
 ated meditation of Jana Dakini Thugthig every morning and evening.\nA rare
