 i Zeitz (lead instructor)\nUSA\n\nNaomi Zeitz has been teaching Yantra Yog
 a in the Dzogchen lineage of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu since 2008\, sharing th
 e practice internationally across Europe\, the Americas\, Australia\, and 
 beyond. She specializes in working with people of all ages and physical co
 nditions. In the last years\, Naomi has been actively teaching Yantra Yoga
  in the Chair and did some training in Kumar Kumari\, Tibetan Yoga for Chi
 ldren\, with international instructor Laura Evangelisti\, although she is 
 not an official instructor of the method for children. Naomi was also trai
 ned in Respira with international instructor Fabio Andrico and has been te
 aching it since 2013.\n\nWho is this practice for?\n\n\n\n\n\nThis practic
